If this is the case, make sure you select the correct one for your Fresno State course You may have more than one instance of the browser installed. If you already have Respondus LockDown Browser installed on you computer via a non-Fresno State course, you will be unable to use it for any Canvas Fresno State. Note : Each institute's installation is unique. LockDown enabled quizzes will not allow you to take the quiz on a standard browser. LockDown Browser is a locked browser that prevents you from printing, copying, going to another page, or using outside tools during the quiz. These quizzes will require a special browser that must be installed prior to taking the quiz. Your instructor may have created Respondus LockDown Browser enabled quizzes.
